CVR™ - Andrews Appraisal, LLC is now offering The Collateral Valuation Report (CVR™). The CVR is an appraisal report based on a combination of regression analysis, sales comparables, listing comparables and the appraisers knowledge of the local real estate market. All of our appraisers have been specially trained and certified in real estate regression analysis and the use of CompCruncher. CompCruncher is a computer aided appraisal software which is used to produce a CVR report. CVRs can be used for any valuation service except for re-finance and loan origination. Re-finance and loan origination are governed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and you need to use their approved forms for that type of appraisal work.
